The HCMUD No. 153 Board of Directors meet in regular session, open to the public, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P, which is located at 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 5100, Houston, Texas 77010. All meeting notices are posted at the office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., the Harris County Courthouse, on the District's website, and within the District at the Walden on Lake Houston Country Club located at 18100 Walden Forest Drive, Humble, Texas 77346.  Due to scheduling demands, the Board may meet in special session, open to the public, on dates other than the 3rd Wednesday of the month and/or at other locations besides the office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., but agendas will still be posted at the four aforementioned locations. Periodically, the Board will meet in the District in either regular or special session, open to the public, at the Walden on Lake Houston Country Club.
